- Design and Branding: Good design requires a number of hard and soft skills. Your online presence should be visually consistent across all online and offline channels.
- Search Engine Optimization: Search engines are the cornerstone of “organic traffic,” so your website’s overall visibility relies on competent SEO.
- Content: Good written content requires knowledge of your business’s niche, and strong writing skills. Tap into our internal network of vetted niche SEO content writers.
- Back-end: A wide variety of back-end functionalities can be seamlessly integrated into your website’s admin, thereby enhancing your business’s operations.

We started Gravity Pixel with the goal of making high-end, enterprise-level digital solutions affordable for medium and small-businesses.
During our startup phase, we secured funding from BDC and Futurpreneur for demonstrating industry innovation. This funding allowed us to conduct over 2 years of research and development. In this time, we tested a wide variety of solutions and developed processes around whatever was delivering the best outcomes.
As we emerge from this R&D phase, we’ve transformed into the most high-yield and price competitive digital services agency on the market.
For the value we offer, we are highly price competitive. Years of experimentation and workflow refinement have enabled us to deliver enterprise level solutions at a highly competitive price point.
That said, every project is different. To get an exact quote, click the button in the top right corner, and tell us about your business and project.
All of our services are interconnected in that they are designed to synergize and reinforce one another. For this reason, customers are required to develop and host their website with us in order to access our entire services catalog.
No. We build everything on a separate private server – we don’t touch your current website until your new one is finished.
You can expect a brief period of downtime when we point your domain name server to your new website host, and that’s it.
You do.
A website’s ownership is ultimately determined by who owns the domain name. And unlike most agencies, we allow you to retain ownership of your domain.
Your domain name registrar allows you to assign a host for your name server (which can be likened to your website’s address book). We get your registrar to assign your domain’s name server to us, which enables us to handle all the technicalities of hosting, while allowing you to maintain ownership of your domain.
We’ve licensed a powerful software suite that makes back-end management of your website straightforward.
We also give you access to a client portal which contains documentation for managing your website. This simple documentation is written in a way that it can be followed by any non-technical layperson. Many clients choose to delegate website management to a staff member by handing them this documentation.
Depending on your service agreement, we provide hosting services, and varying levels of ongoing customer support.
It’s ultimately up to you, but our approach is to use content from your current website, solicit content from you, and hire freelance niche content writers to fill the gaps.
We’ve vetted a large network of top 1% freelance writers with expertise in practically every niche.
Feel free to submit whatever photos you’ve got – we’re highly skilled at transforming mediocre photos with Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
We also have access to stock photo-bank subscriptions, which we can leverage to fill gaps. This is all part of our design workflow – i.e. we do it at no additional cost.
If you need professional photography/videography (staff pictures, location pictures etc), just hire a local freelancer.
We’re a small team so expect your web project to take 3-6 weeks, depending on how busy we are, and how complicated your project is.
A few things.
Most “web designers” are really just ‘content placers.’ That is, all they really understand is how to take your content and place it on a website.
In contrast, our designers are trained in a combination of technical and creative skills that make our designs exceptional.
Our Premium Design Skill-Set:
- Technical: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Design Fundamentals: gestalt principles, visual hierarchy, alignment, repetition, symmetry, contrast, negative space, balance-tension
- Branding: Branding is the ability to create an integrated sensory experience across multiple platforms and modalities.
- Conversion Optimization: A hybrid design-marketing skill that guides user’s towards a particular goal.
We have no problem implementing your feedback into our work.
If you have a specific vision, it’s best if you send us examples of websites you like, so we have a concrete idea of what to do.
Effective branding is a trust shortcut: it instantly drapes your business with credibility and authority.
Brand-integrated web design is the only way to achieve a premium look. We ensure your brand is intricately woven into your website in a way that is consistent, creative, and subtle.
Google wants to show its users the best, most relevant listings. So they have a long checklist of “do’s and don’ts” which websites must follow to show up in Google searches.
If you follow the checklist, you show up in their search.
A number of searches (i.e. keywords) are competitive; A lot of websites want to show up at the top of these searches. The most competitive keywords have searchers looking to spend money on a product or service.
For competitive keywords, everyone who follows the checklist still shows up in the search. But, now, Google must decide which pages to rank at the top. In the past, Google would give the top spots to websites with the most backlinks – i.e. links to your site from other high-quality websites. This is still an important factor, but it isn’t nearly as important as it once was.
Advances in processing power and AI have given Google the ability to evaluate content quality and context. So, today, an important way to compete is by creating high quality, SEO optimized, keyword oriented content.

Here are some common mistakes we see SEO vendors making:
- Trying to rank for competitive keywords, but only providing checklist SEO services
- Using legacy SEO strategies that, while once useful, are no longer effective
- Using black-hat strategies that get your website flagged and penalized search engines
We provide a schedule of single-fee SEO services, enabling you to ditch obscure, subscription based SEO.
The advantage of this approach is that you can create a customized, highly targeted SEO plan that meets your business’s objectives and budget.
We help you determine the best SEO options for your particular goals and circumstances:
- Our ‘SEO jump-start’ package covers the core ‘checklist’ SEO tasks. For many businesses, these basics are enough.
- If you’re trying to rank for competitive keywords, we may recommend our content-marketing package or a few high authority backlinks.
- If you have unique SEO needs (local SEO, schema markup), we can provide this as well.
This is a legitimate concern.
